Clockleaf terms
Pre-release edition · October 27, 2026.
Beta access
Clockleaf is under development. Joining the tester interest list is not an actual Google Play closed-test enrollment or a guarantee of an invitation or download.
Rate calculations
Clockleaf estimates earnings from the rate saved with each timecard. Changing your default or project hourly rate applies to future shifts, not previously saved records. You may deliberately choose to recalculate unpaid timecards for a project. Paid entries remain unchanged unless separately edited.
Accuracy
Review all work hours and rates for accuracy. These estimates are not payroll, legal or tax advice. The Android app stores records locally; clearing device data without an independent backup may erase them.
Pricing
Core tracking is planned to be free. A $5.99 one-time premium upgrade is planned but cannot currently be purchased. Additional cloud services, if introduced, may have separate pricing.
Fair use
Do not submit another person's contact information without authorization or use automated methods to abuse the signup form.
