Who operates the site?
Clockleaf is an independent time-tracking app and a SantyBunker project. Questions and requests about your information can be submitted through the private privacy-request form below.
What we collect
When you voluntarily request a beta invitation, we collect your name, email address, optional work category, the date and version of your consent, and whether you separately opted into marketing. We do not ask for passwords, timecards or wages. Your address is not confirmed merely because you submit a form, and we do not treat an unverified address as permission to send promotional email.
Why we collect it
To manage beta invitations, prevent duplicate entries, and respond to tester requests. If you separately select the optional marketing checkbox, we record that choice, but marketing messages will only go to confirmed, permissioned recipients. Joining the tester list does not require marketing permission.
How it's stored and protected
Form submissions are stored in a nonpublic Cloudflare D1 database and use Cloudflare Turnstile for anti-abuse verification. Cloudflare provides website infrastructure and may process technical request data under its own policies. The tester list is not publicly accessible, and we do not sell it.
How long we keep it
Tester registration details are used for the beta recruitment program and retained no longer than necessary. We intend to review and delete inactive beta records within 12 months of collection or earlier when you request deletion, subject to applicable requirements. Marketing permission can be withdrawn at any time.
Access, correction, withdrawal and deletion
You may request access, correction, deletion or withdrawal of marketing permission using the secure form below. We may need to verify that you control the email address before disclosing or changing information. Do not include private timesheets or passwords in your message.
Android app data
The currently developed offline-first Clockleaf app stores timecards and project rates locally. Backups, when you choose to create them, go to a storage location you select through Android. The beta website does not receive your work-hour data. Registration inside the Android app is not yet active. Future advertising, paid or cloud features require updated disclosures.
